4. Shipping Costs and Fees:
– The customer is responsible for shipping costs and return fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.
– In case of a return due to an error or defect in the product, we will bear all shipping costs and return fees.
– For exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the delivery fees and price difference. If the price is lower, the remaining amount will be refunded along with the order.

5. Refund Processing:
– Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 10 days.
– The refund will be issued using the original payment method used in the purchase or through an internal transfer.

The customer may be asked to provide an image or documentation of the returned product to facilitate the return process.

.نحن نحتفظ بالحق في رفض عملية التبديل او الإرجاع إذا تم استخدام المنتج أو تعرضه لأي ضرر –

 :ج – الإجراءات لعملية التبديل والارجاع

 .قبل تبديل او إرجاع المنتج، يُرجى الاتصال بفريق خدمة العملاء لإبلاغهم بنية التبديل او الإرجاع وتقديم معلومات عن سبب الإرجاع –
.سيتم توفير تعليمات وتفاصيل إجراءات التبديل و الإرجاع بعد التواصل مع خدمة العملاء –

  :د – تكاليف الشحن ومصاريف البدل والإرجاع

 .تكاليف الشحن ومصاريف الإرجاع تكون على عاتق العميل ما لم يكن الإرجاع ناجمًا عن خطأ من جانبنا –

 .في حالة الإرجاع بسبب خطأ أو عيب في المنتج، سنقوم بتحمل كافة تكاليف الشحن ومصاريف الإرجاع –
.بحال التبديل سيتحمل العميل مصاريف التوصيل و فرق سعر المنتج ،اذا كان السعر أقل فسيتم ارجاء باقي المبلغ مع الطلب –
:ه – معالجة استيراد المبلغ

 .بمجرد استلامنا للمنتج المرتجع والتحقق من حالته، سنقوم بمعالجة استرداد المبلغ في غضون ١٠ أيام –
.سيتم استرداد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية المستخدمة في عملية الشراء او من خلال حوالة داخلية –

.قد يُطلب من العميل تقديم صورة أو وثيقة للمنتج المرتجع لتسهيل عملية الإرجاع
